1. Introduction and Shipping Coverage At Radyan Marketplace, we are committed to delivering your order quickly, securely, and efficiently. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed through our website. Currently, Radyan Marketplace ships exclusively to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Estimated Delivery Time To ensure complete transparency, we provide a unified delivery window for all domestic orders.

Total Delivery Time: 6 to 7 Business Days

This timeframe is calculated by combining our internal order processing time with the transit time of our shipping carriers:

Order Processing (Handling Time): 2 to 3 Business Days. This includes order verification, quality inspection, secure packaging, and shipment preparation. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
Shipping Transit Time: 3 to 4 Business Days.

3. Order Cut-Off Time Orders placed before 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) on a business day will begin processing the same day. Orders received after 5:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on U.S. holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

4. Shipping Rates Shipping charges are calculated directly at checkout based on the products in your cart. We offer the following standard shipping tiers to the United States:

Standard Flat Rate 1: $6.99
Standard Flat Rate 2: $15.99 (Applies to specific heavy, oversized, or specialty items)
Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all qualifying orders over $199.00.

Your exact shipping cost will always be displayed transparently before your payment is completed.

5. Order Tracking Once your order has been prepared and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number, the designated shipping carrier (such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx), and an estimated delivery date. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active in the carrier’s system.

6. Multiple Shipments Orders containing multiple items or originating from different warehouse locations may occasionally be shipped separately. If this occurs, no additional shipping charges will be applied beyond what you paid at checkout. You will receive separate tracking information for each package.

7. Shipping Address and Delivery Failures Please verify that your shipping address is complete and accurate—including any apartment, suite, or unit numbers—before placing your order. Radyan Marketplace is not responsible for shipping delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.

8. Delays and Unforeseen Circumstances While we strive to meet our 6-7 business day delivery guarantee, transit delays may occasionally occur due to severe weather conditions, peak holiday shopping seasons, natural disasters, or carrier service interruptions. We appreciate your patience and will gladly assist you in tracking your shipment if a delay occurs.

9. Lost, Missing, or Damaged Packages

Lost/Missing: If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please verify your shipping address, check around your property, and ask household members or neighbors. If you are still unable to locate the package, contact our Customer Support team immediately for assistance.
Damaged in Transit: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number, along with clear photos of the damaged item, the shipping box, and the shipping label. Our team will review the issue and quickly process a replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.
