Damaged or Incorrect Orders: While cut fabrics and consumable food products are strictly non-returnable, your satisfaction remains our priority. If your package arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive an incorrect item due to a processing error on our end, please reach out to our customer service team within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the affected items so we can promptly investigate and resolve the issue with a replacement or store credit.
